1. Introduction
NFDTech ("we", "our", or "company") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how the Pixel Album app works in relation to your data.
By using the Pixel Album app, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
2. Data Collection
2.1. Data NOT Collected
The Pixel Album app DOES NOT collect, transmit, or share:
- Personal data (name, email, phone, address)
- Device identification information
- Geographic location
- Contacts or phone list
- Photos, files, or media from device
- Browsing or app usage data
- Information from other applications
2.2. Data Stored Locally
The app stores only on your device:
- Game progress: Completed levels and stickers, unlocked albums, and match statistics
- App preferences: Selected language (Portuguese or English) and display settings
Important: This data is stored locally in your device's SharedPreferences storage and is never sent to external servers.
2.3. Data Collected by Third-Party Services (Advertising)
To display ads, the app uses the Google AdMob SDK, which may automatically collect:
- Device advertising identifier (Advertising ID / GAID)
- Technical device information (model, operating system, language, country)
- Approximate IP address (for general location, not precise)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
This data is collected and processed directly by Google, not by NFDTech. See section 4 for more details.
3. Data Usage
Locally stored data is used exclusively to:
- Save and restore your progress across albums and categories
- Control sequential unlocking of stickers
- Maintain your language and display preferences
- Generate random puzzles in practice mode
4. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The Pixel Album app displays ads provided by Google AdMob, in the following formats:
- Banner: a fixed ad shown on the home screen.
- Rewarded video (optional): you may choose to watch a video ad to earn an extra life during gameplay. This ad is only shown when you tap the corresponding button — never automatically.
To display these ads, Google AdMob may collect and process data such as the device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID) and technical device information, as described in Google's Privacy Policy and the Google AdMob Advertising Policy.
You can limit ad personalization at any time in your Android device settings, under Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization (or "Reset advertising ID").
NFDTech does not have direct access to the data collected by Google for advertising purposes — this processing is handled entirely by Google as part of the AdMob service.
5. Data Sharing
We do not collect or directly share personal data with third parties.
When displaying ads, Google AdMob (a third party) may automatically collect technical device data for advertising purposes, as described in section 4. This sharing is handled by Google's own SDK, integrated into the app.
Your game progress (collected stickers, unlocked albums) remains 100% private and is never shared with Google or any other third party.
6. App Permissions
The Pixel Album app does not request any special device permissions.
We do not request permissions for internet, location, camera, contacts, external storage, or any other sensitive access.
7. Security
Since all data is stored only on your device, the security of your progress depends on:
- Physical protection of your device (password, biometrics, etc.)
- Android operating system security settings
We recommend keeping your device protected with a password or biometrics.
8. User Rights (GDPR Compliance)
In accordance with data protection regulations, you have the following rights:
- Access: Your progress is always accessible in the app
- Correction: You can restart levels and redo puzzles at any time
- Deletion: You can clear the app's data or uninstall it at any time
- Portability: Your data is in standard SharedPreferences format on your device
9. Children's Privacy
The Pixel Album app can be used by people of all ages, but it is not specifically directed at children under 13.
Ads displayed by Google AdMob are not configured as child-directed content, in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and LGPD.
If you are a parent or guardian of a child using the app, we recommend configuring your Android device's parental controls to manage ad display.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. If there are significant changes, you will be notified through an app update.
The date of the last update will always be visible at the top of this page.
11. Data Deletion
To completely delete your data:
- Use the progress reset option within the app, OR
- Uninstall the Pixel Album app from your device
When uninstalling the app, all local data (progress and preferences) is automatically removed by the Android system.
12. Legal Compliance
This policy is in compliance with:
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - European Union
- Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) - Brazil
- Google Play Store Policies
- Google AdMob Advertising Policies
