📝 My Notes

1. Introduction

NFDTech ("we", "our", or "company") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how the My Notes app works in relation to your data.

By using the My Notes app, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

2. Data Collection

2.1. Data NOT Collected

The My Notes app DOES NOT collect, transmit, or share:

• Personal data (name, email, phone, address)
• Device identification information
• Geographic location
• Contacts or phone list
• Photos, files, or media from device
• Browsing or app usage data
• Information from other applications

2.2. Data Stored Locally

The app stores only on your device:

• Notes created by you: Title, content, color, and creation date
• App preferences: Selected language (Portuguese or English)

Important: This data is stored locally in your device's SQLite database and is never sent to external servers.

3. Data Usage

Locally stored data is used exclusively to:

• Display your notes in the app
• Allow editing and deletion of notes
• Maintain your language preferences
• Organize notes by colors and dates

4. Data Sharing

No data is shared. The My Notes app has no internet connection, external servers, analytics services, or advertising networks.

Your notes remain 100% private and accessible only by you on your device.

5. App Permissions

The app requests the following permissions on Android:

• INTERNET: Standard Flutter permission, but not used by the app
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Standard Flutter permission, but not used by the app

Note: Although these permissions are declared (by default in Flutter framework), the app does not make any internet connections.

6. Security

Since all data is stored only on your device, the security of your notes depends on:

• Physical protection of your device (password, biometrics, etc.)
• Android operating system security settings
• Backups you perform yourself (if desired)

We recommend keeping your device protected with a password or biometrics and making regular backups of important notes.

7. User Rights (GDPR Compliance)

In accordance with data protection regulations, you have the following rights:

• Access: Your notes are always accessible in the app
• Correction: You can edit your notes at any time
• Deletion: You can delete any note individually or uninstall the app
• Portability: Your data is in standard SQLite format on your device

8. Children's Privacy

The My Notes app can be used by people of all ages. Since we do not collect any personal data, there are no privacy risks related to minors.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. If there are significant changes, you will be notified through an app update.

The date of the last update will always be visible at the top of this page.

10. Data Deletion

To completely delete your data:

1. Delete notes individually within the app, OR
2. Uninstall the My Notes app from your device

When uninstalling the app, all local data (notes and preferences) is automatically removed by the Android system.

11. Third-Party Services

The app DOES NOT use:

• Google Analytics or analytics tools
• Advertising networks
• Social media SDKs
• Cloud services
• Error tracking (crash reporting)
