NFDTech ("we", "our", or "company") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how the Easy List app works in relation to your data.

By using the Easy List app, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

The Easy List app DOES NOT collect, transmit, or share:

• Geographic location
• Contacts or phone list
• Photos, files, or media from device
• Browsing or app usage data

2.2. Data Stored Locally

The app stores only on your device:

• Shopping lists created by you: List name, items, quantities, status (bought/not bought), and creation date
• App preferences: Selected language (Portuguese or English) and display settings

Important: This data is stored locally in your device's SharedPreferences storage and is never sent to external servers.

3. Data Usage

Locally stored data is used exclusively to:

• Display your shopping lists in the app
• Allow creation, editing, and deletion of lists and items
• Mark items as bought/not bought
• Maintain your language and display preferences
• Manage multiple shopping lists

4. Advertising and Google AdMob

The Easy List app displays ads provided by Google AdMob to keep the app free.

4.1. Information Collected by AdMob

Google AdMob may automatically collect the following anonymous information:

• Advertising ID: Anonymous and resettable identifier used for ad personalization
• Approximate location data: Country, city, or region (not precise GPS location)
• Device technical information: Device model, operating system, Android version, language
• Ad interactions: Clicks, views, and display time
• IP address: To determine approximate location and prevent fraud

4.2. Use of Information by AdMob

Google uses this information to:

• Display relevant personalized ads
• Measure ad effectiveness
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Improve advertising services

4.3. Personalized Ads Control

You can control ad personalization:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• Reset Advertising ID: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID

5. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties because we do not collect personal data.

The only information processed is that automatically collected by Google AdMob, as described in section 4.

Your shopping lists remain 100% private and accessible only by you on your device.

6. App Permissions

The app requests only the INTERNET permission, required exclusively to:

• Load and display Google AdMob ads

We do not request permissions for location, camera, contacts, external storage, or any other sensitive access.

7. Security

Since all data is stored only on your device, the security of your shopping lists depends on:

• Physical protection of your device (password, biometrics, etc.)
• Android operating system security settings
• Backups you perform yourself (if desired)

We recommend keeping your device protected with a password or biometrics and making regular backups of important lists.

8. User Rights (GDPR Compliance)

In accordance with data protection regulations, you have the following rights:

• Access: Your lists are always accessible in the app
• Correction: You can edit your lists and items at any time
• Deletion: You can delete any list or item individually or uninstall the app
• Portability: Your data is in standard SharedPreferences format on your device

9. Children's Privacy

The Easy List app can be used by people of all ages. Since we do not collect any personal data, there are no privacy risks related to minors.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. If there are significant changes, you will be notified through an app update.

The date of the last update will always be visible at the top of this page.

11. Data Deletion

To completely delete your data:

1. Delete lists individually within the app, OR
2. Uninstall the Easy List app from your device

When uninstalling the app, all local data (lists and preferences) is automatically removed by the Android system.

12. Third-Party Services

The app uses only Google AdMob to display ads.

The app DOES NOT use:

• Google Analytics or analytics tools
• Social media SDKs
• Cloud services or external server backups
• Error tracking (crash reporting)
• Other advertising networks besides AdMob
